Thinking about it...how could he have 35 slayer?
If he had 35 slayer, he'd have more than 30hps..so they would show up on the highscores and he WOULDN'T be level 3 (even though I've seen him, and he is.

ye id have to agree with you on that one seeing as you have seen him and i havent..and he cant use mage or range coz no doubt he will lvl in them and gain combat lvls

Apparently.

Ring of recoil deals damage back to the attacker when you get hit. That damage doesn't give you combat exp.
When slaying with recoils, everytime I get hit, the ring deals 1 damage back to whatever I'm slaying, without me getting combat exp, but I still get the slayer exp when it dies. It's awfully slow though, about 200xp per hour.
