What phone should i get?

I have a V3, it's not very good.
I have a 2 year contract with the phone company, so if I want to get out of the contract I have to pay $175, witch isn't a bad idea considering the phone s***s!!
I also have a V60, its not a fancy phone, no special ring-tones, no colour screen. But it works, even in the country! The V3 dosen't even get 1 bar of service in the basement! The V60 gets atleast 4 bars in the basement!

I heard the V3 doesn't even have MP4 or video? The V60 is good though.
