Ok i'm doing a series of templates.
I might end up making something.
I don't know.
Meanwhile you 'general public' can use it/them.
As long as you put
" Template From Jay™ "
If you can't do the ™ copy and paste it.
You can delete the stuff around it etc.
Hmm... thats about it.

All the squares are not the same, because of habbo.
They messed it up especially on their stairs.
And this is altered from a HC room template. ( Which is turned around. )
So... yeh.
Obviously i see your concern, as u can not add furni there.
But habbo could do half-a-square furni..

The stairs on the side: look at the HC room layout, you will notice that the stairs arnt done like that they are sort of cut off.. :|

Nice 8/10, Needs some color and a few things need to be corrected and a fe that should be deleted.

P.S. I think you posted it in the wrong section, this should be in other habbo alteration as it is not an alteration of furni.
