rep/reputation is points you give to some body, say if they posted a good post if you dissagree you press red if you agree press green

eg - nice post +rep (i have 44 rep) *clicks agree* "woooo i got green rep now iv got 45 (depending on rep power)

so what you do it press the scales in the corner and then press agree or disagree and write a comment

press the silver scales in the corner of the presons post and hey presto rep!!
