Right my m8 his double 20 with dragon dagger p i only hit 16 but we both got same str but he has d legs rune body obby shield obby cape will that make a diffrence?

He will have a better strenght bonus but will only raise his hit by like 1 it wont be a big difference so he must of used prayer. or even pots. Try dueling him in duel arena and take of pots and prayer =D

Er strenght bonuses..if they're big they give ''big'' differences even thought not as big as pots or prayers but they could make 4 hit difference.
