?Dragons and Fans?

?HELLO AGAIN? I am yet again reporting my rare values

Today between 3:00pm and 4:30pm i was involved heavily on the trading of these rares. I was in a trade room so no profit margins. I found that:

1.Green Dragons were going for 1Cs i saw this at least 5times
2.Red dragons were being traded for 1.2 to 2.0 Cs i saw this also at least 5 times with more being traded for higher amounts.
With the fans i found i could not figure out a Cs value.
3. Fans would be traded mostly for dragons i saw:
(a) Green Dragon for Fan at least 3-4 times
(b) Red Dragon for fan about 6-7 times

This complicated things for me as i could not work out the value of the fan.
