I think this is made up, because it would seem a bit silly if Habbo made it so Hobbas can not be kicked, but left it so Habbo Staff could be banned.
Also, I think that Hobbas (Im not sure) have to send a message to a Moderator (Staff Member) and they are the ones who actully ban the Habbo.

This is nothing more than a RUMOUR.

I've read somewhere before that hobba's can NOT ban staff. Staff can ban other staff, but hotel managers and V. important people can unban themselves.

I'm not sure, but from what I gather gold Hobbas do have the power to ban, which is why they go through a training period as silver Hobbas with less power. I think maybe they can't do IP bans, perhaps that's what you were thinking about? I shall ask someone in authoritay

Thanks for the confirmation 2hd. It must be something like gold Hobbas can do up to 7 day bans, but not permanent or IP bans.

I really doubt a Super Hobba could ban a rank higher than them. That would be a messed up system :S
