I think it's nice, i think the ripples or waves in the water, are a bit to huge, and maybe dark, ripples are like shiney o.O unless i have colour problems,>.<
I think the ship looks nice, but the trains to smallMaybe add some lifeboats, or some builders or something =] It's cute so far,

What? Black lines on the outer edges on shapes? That'll make it look stupid. I'll sort the other building out when I make more, i'm at my mums and the wireless mouse is so jerky, it's impossible to work with.
