    I'm getting a Vbulitin tomorrow. is there any reason it wouldn't be able to work on my PC?

    Yeh, it dosnt run on a pc, just install it to your public_html directory and it should work. www.xenigma.co.uk/forum if you can see that, yours will work.

    You only download the files to your pc then just upload them to your server.
