Linking DS to Nintendo

I keep getting emails that ''the connection was not successful".

Any ideas on what this is happening? ;________;

Linking what now? Explain further...you mean going online?

No, lol.

Nintendo offers a service on their website in which you can check your stats and how many times you've logged on your Wi-FI connection.

You have to register your Wi-Fi ID to their website in order to start the service.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to link my DS to the Nintendo website and I was hoping someone in here would help me in the process. ;D
