    I need 25 herblore quick.

    Will anybody sell/give me low level herbs?

    Also wheres best place to get vials/vials of water?
    Doubt everything, even this.

    Im getting 25 herblore too, i'm currently 24. I go to chaos druids for herbs and for my vials...I either buy empty ones from the herb shop in Taverly or the Chaos Druids sometimes drop them...
