Its best to contact an admin about this as we cant actually discuss the reasons why on a public thread.

When you try and edit your profile the reason to why you are cautioned will be displayed.

You were cautioned for a reason which I cannot say in public.
Like baving said, try and edit your profile and it will display why you have been cautioned.
