Lmao, who said it leaves a 'LARGE' mark on your arm?
It really depends,the mark on my arm is the size of a pea. But my friend's arm just has a little dot. You can't see it.

Nothing to be scared about. It stings a little but the Six needles is worse "/ Also I wouldn't recommend getting punched in your arm it will burst and be pretty damn painful, you won't die though

It hurts for a couple of minutes, it's nothing to worry about really. It just stings and leaves a cool mark. :p

I still aint got mine i was supposed to get mine early year 7 but id had some needle like a week before and they werent allowed to do the six needles but my school was punch = Instant expulsion

The main needle does sting a bit, but it's nothing that hurts too much.
