Does any no where i can get a layout for my new site?

Hi, Iam making a host like ax-hosting, lc-hosting. But does any no where they buy layouts from?
As i seen the layout thats on ax on about 3/4 other sites.

I can get but i'll get for furniture.

There is a reseller site which when you register it gives u a pword to a site with like 30 Layouts on it.

It costs £10 for the reseller but if u give me 8.00 i can get cos i only got 2.00 untill 2moz....
OR you could give me 10 hc's But you would have to wait till 2morrow for me 2 get
