Actually I don't that is how anyone can ban, I always thoughts ban are done in House Keeping. Maybe it doesn't appear to stop idiots falling for scams?

You can use that :ban x command to ban if your in the room - or you can use HK

Yeah you use the Housekeeping to ban when your not in the room, and you can use :ban x to ban people if your in the room.

I'm guessing moderators just use housekeeping most the time.
