Pres cntrl alt and delete then go to Proccesors and end any dodgey looking ones.

Are you sure someone hasn't frozen your MSN account? This means that someone, with a special program, has stopped that account from logging into MSN.
Try logging into Hot'mail and see if that works.

I get this a lot aswell i used to have to reset my comp or sign of the internet and back on and it would work.
