Firstly, This is not a thread saying I am coding layouts. I am simply asking how.
I have FrontPage, but not Dreamweaver. I was wondering if I needed Dreamweaver to create a layout? I can probably slice in PS.

Well, Aparently Dreamweaver is best. I have dreamweaver only, not frontpage. But front page is exactly the same as dreamweaver.
You can design and slice in ps/psp and macromedia fireworks. Just download 30 day trials. All I do
