You can't sue Sulake no matter what Terms & conditions, also you are actualy renting the furni and not buying so thats how they get out of it.

No, they lied about keeping your personal information safe, you can sue over that. Also, they use certs now They get out of paying you money back by saying you "rent" furni, but they can't get out of lying over personal info. Well, when Becs was HM and PrincessMinny uncovered a paedophile ring using Habbo to find children Becs said "ban them and thats all, no longer our problem", shows the level of corruption in Sulake.
