Work in a Black backround if you are doing a room.
But if your just doing furni or something use white/transparent backround 3
Errm, was hoping for something Elite.
But oh well.
Work on the overall shape and shading.
Shading is weird, needs to be more detailed etc.
Shape is very odd, the wings are very bad.
Tip: Circles in isometric pixel art are hard, try not to use them as often, they can make the alt look bad. Once you progress and become better, try harder stuff, and then maybe you can experiment with odd shapes ;]

Very very good for a starter, have a look at some tuts, they are very scrappy and theres alot of errors, but basic shape, sizes and ideas are great 3
