while the forum was shut, you with me so far? people had paid for there vip and were not getting it as the forum was shut? ok?

Sierk has said the VIP's will be compensated for the few lost days.. I would guess that cautioned and banned members will be cautioned/banned for 3 Extra days. But I don't see why it makes such a big difference for you?
