a very professional layout. I can't help but feel though that the text is a little too small. but overall, a great layout and very acceptable for any company.

    Hey,

    You smell?

I mean it looks pretty professional after looking at it again.

For the type of site it is it looks ok, the one thing you need to remember with sites like this is that you're not out to impress the hordes of webdesign gurus with fancy design or complicated scripts, you need to look at it from the eyes of the people who will actually use the site, who in most cases won't know or even care a great deal about site design and only want to access the info they need quickly and easily, the ultimate test would be to grab someone you know who knows little about the web and see how they get on with it but in this case i'd say you've done a good job there, everything looks intuative enough and the Flash advert is a good idea providing it's at a size that doesn't interfere with loading times.

As for it being a $250 prize, that sounds about right for a site like this, however once you start getting php logins and Flash involved you're looking at almost double that so they'd be getting a good deal for their money.
Have you seen any of the other entries or are they keeping that closed until the deadline?
