Disappearing Habbo console!!

Hi, not sure if this is being posted in the right place or not..... but I lost the use of the 4 console buttons 3 weeks ago! Now when I click on the console, it doesn't open, ie 'pop-up'.

Any help/suggestions appreciated.

I've re-installed flash & shockwave players, but still no joy.

Hi Dupion, thanks for the reply ........ i've sent them numerous messages this way, and had a big fat zero replies:eusa_wall !!! I've just found a phone number to try (Sulake), so I'll see if that leads anywhere, but i'm feeling a bit despondent right now .
If I do get anywhere, I'll post my findings.
In the meantime, if there's any teccies out there who know whats what with my console........please feel free to chip in with your 2 bob's worth:eusa_whis

Try clearing your temp files and cookies, though I'm pretty sure it won't affect shockwave, so if you have anything important that you use cookies or temp files for for, don't delete them. If you have nothing to lose though, then give it a try, then reinstall Shockwave and Macromedia flash again and then reboot then see if it works.
