I think a whole city would be good. Maybe if everyone made a building, someone could put them together pretty easily. It could end up huge, although some pictures might be blocked by taller buildings which are in front, if that makes any sense

I ad a Brain Storm, if people use my Neighbourhood Alt, and add a bit to it, a city is good but big buildings will be hard to place...
