Well, there are a few spelling errors. You have put "a email" which is meant to be "an email" and you spelt "thats'" like "thtas" also, you spelt "bulling" instead of bullying.

Not everyone can afford/access a domain name. The internet is a free place for everyone, everyone can have a website, no matter if they have a domain.

Ok then let me put it a different way... if you want to help people you need an easy accseisble website. With easy contacts. And fast responses. A good design makes people feel more confudent with who they are talking too. So youre saying that you would tell your secrets to such an inexperienced person.
Yes the web is a open to anyone but its not a free place. And if you want a succesfull site and alot of users you wont get anywhere with freewebs. And without a real domain and hosting.
