Can anyone coe this layout for me, I need it in iframes, so when i go to cpanel there is a page called nv,htm, index.htm , main.htm, you nkow what i mean, so when i update nav.htm .. it updates on every page .... all i wasnt, it what i said, just for the content box, and nav box, shouldnt be that ard,,,,

if you do good, i could pay with a couple hcs ??
