Hey,

No offence to you dude but that layouts not really worth anything, it's terrible in design and set out badly.

Habbo designs will never go for much anyway and places like www.Zymic.com will actually give a whole lot of better layouts free. I personally think you need to brush up on your design skills for a layout, yet I suppose for a Habbo Hotel layout I have seen a lot worse.

For example I despise most MS Paint layouts which this looks like it has been done in, you should read some tutorials in Adobe Photosho, Macromedia Fireworks at www.Pixel2life.com and it's affiliates.

Also if you really want to gain anything you should sell for real currency not a set of badly designed pixels that you can never actually own, as they're all licensed to Sulake Ltd as it says in Habbo Hotel and Sulakes Terms and Conditions.
