Ok im having trouble with a forum i uploaded
it is paid for and all that junk...

i posted this post on vbulletin forum aswell just waiting for a reply

but i wanna know if any one can tell me how i can fix this:

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.



I have CHMOD The config.php file i ticked the following:


Owners: Read , Write , Execute
Group: Read , Write , Execute
All Users: Owners: Read

there the ticked ones and the unticked ones are:

All users: Write , Execute

u create a database ect and then open up the config.php and put in ur database name/pass and then at the bottom where it says super admin u put a 1 inside the ' ' tag
