Why does Ramsin Yuseb only have his first and last name, but George Bush gets his first letter of his middle name counted? It isnt constant

Why does the Madrid bombing have the year counted, but not 9/11? Again, not constant.

The person who made this is just playing with the numbers and people. There are THOUSANDS of other things in 9/11, he just didnt count them because they didnt connect. It isnt "freaky" at all.
