Scripting is for n00bs, it shows they are greedy, want more than what they have, it also shows they like scamming, as scripting is messing with another program, also some scriptng can lead to other habbo's being scammed

Technically it isn't. Habbo say "No scripting tools etc.." This isn't a tool or a program. It's very easy to do, half the hotel know how.
