Someone told me its actually not illegal to download, just to share them. So technically if u download them + put them into a non-share folder then that's not illegal :s not sure if thats true though.

If you got the song from it, no matter where you put it, its illegal. Sharing is MORE illegal, but both are illegal.

The programs arent illegal, just the song downloading.
