Per trip we took/did the following -
Super pot at shantay, then took 2 Prayer pots (4), anti-poison (4), 1 rope each, elf crystal and the rest sharks.
You only really need one prayer pot, but 2 is just safer. And the anti-poison is because of the bloody guardians..I love you Kyle
