If it's going to be done so there is no chance of STI's or rape & the woman wants to do that then i guess it would be okay for it to be leglised.

If they dont want to do it they dont have to, Im saying it should be legal, so people CAN if they WANT to. Not that they should have to "/

Youved just listed all the risks of prostition NOT being legal, If it were legal and regulated, NONE of those problems would exist, It could be done safly, prostutes would be requred to have STD checks and use protection, they could function in groups adding securty and safty, they would be able to use police if someone attacked one of there staff or them like every one else.
You can just as much run in to an dangerioly insain person sitting behined a counter at a shop. if it were legalised there would be no added risk from it "/
    - I have my own issues as to why I wouldn't want to seel my body, but you can go ahead and do so if you wish, lol.

Understandably, prostitution in wealthy countries where people have knowledge and understanding of the risks of unprotected ***, isn't absolutely fine, it still is dangerous, but how many things are 100% safe?
I think if regulation is affordable in certain area's it's fine, however, prostituion isn't always fine and dandy.

Prostitution goes on alot in places affected by poverty, so if some of these countries governments can't provide their citizens with clean water, then are they really going to be able to provide them with contaception and education on STI's, probably not.

I think an age limit or ban should be put on prostitution in some countries, as the prostitution of young girls or even children really sickens me, especially when women or men are kidnapped and forced into prostitution, which is basically ****. In these circumstances, an age limit isn't as effective as a ban I think.
Saying that, these people would only have to cross a border to legalize it, so is that really effective? Damn, it's a really hard question to answer.

Where not esabslihing laws in 3rd world contarys here. Where Talking about here.
Legalising prostituion, doesnt legalise Kidnapping, Child abuse or any other crimes, it simply gives a person rights to there own body, and the Right to choose what to do with it.
People who are forced in to it, would be doing it Whether its legal or not.
They with it unlega;l will be forced in to doing so in unsafe conditions.
If it were legal, they may still be forced in to it, but they would have an increase in safty from it.
So its a benifit even to them "/
The laws main diffence would be simply giveing people the right to choose. Its whats commonaly called freedom...

Just to correct myself, by mistake I wrote isn't, instead of is..

I think all **********s should carry a license, which must be applied for and only issued to them if they are free of STI's, or receive correct treatment.
Yes it may sound funny to have a prostitue ID, but it could prevent alot of forced prostitution, child or teen prostitution and of course the spreading of STI's.

There is legalised prostitution, you need a license to do it outside or work at a brothel.
