I've liked everything i've heard from Nimrod, I might be forced to go and buy Dookie and Nimrod soon. The only songs from American i'm mildly interested in listening to is Wake me up and Jesus of Suburbia...

Dookie is awesome. Ive litterally had it since I was 4. Longview is the longest song on all of their first 3 CD's (other than FOD with a hidden song). Its 3:59. I love the whole CD, every song is so short, so it kinda makes you want more. 'She' is my favorite song by them, even though its less than 3 minutes.

Unless i'm listening to a great song, I tend to lose interest with longer songs and skip it.

Same. I only have a few long songs that I like. The only song on my favorites list back there thats over 6 minutes is body by Bush.

Anyway...I like their older stuff...not mad on American Idiot...very over-rated and not the best Pop-Punk band out there as Blink 182 and Sugarcult are better IMO (based on their Pop-Punk stuff of course, because they always weren't Pop-Punk)

The new greenday is terrible. I never would have thought they would turn out so badly, the old stuff was great and I loved them. But now they're just annoying, their new stuff is terrible. Id rather get shot in the foot then listen to it
