Cinema4D is not free anywhere apart from demos or much older versions that get given away on the cover cd's of digital art magazines, they're not going to sell it from their own site and then distribute it free on the p2p networks, basically if you download a program like C4D from p2p regardless of wether it has a serial or not, it's illegal, end of story.
