Default Grey bar at the bottom of the Habbo window

I along with many many other people have had a problem with a small grey bar running along the bottom of the screen of habbo cutting off parts of the console and other icons such as the habbo purse and navigator etc, making it litereally impossible to update your ID etc due to the bar covering it up

Please Note: I have been lead to belive this Bar is caused by AOL (but that is not deffinet)

Well I have found way to get rid of it temporarly and you have to repeat it everytime you log on to Habbo.

Step 1 - Load Internet explorer

Step 2 - Go to "View" at the top of the page

Step 3 - Make sure there is no tick next to "Status Bar", if there is, simply click on it to get rid of it

Step 4 - Close Internet explorer and re-open it again

Step 5 - Go on to habbohotel's website, click sign in wait till it's loaded onto the sign in page, but DO NOT log in

Step 6 - Minimize all windows and right click on your desktop

Step 7 - Go to "Properties"

Step 8 - Go to the "Settings" tab

Step 9 - Change your screen resoloution to "1024 by 768 pixels" (you do this by moving the small bar all the way to the right)

    Step 10 - Click apply

Step 11 - Now you need to change it back down to "800 by 600 pixels" (you can do this by moving the small bar all the way to the left.

And hopefully the bar should now be gone

If you have any problems with anything, please feel free to send me a Forum Message and I will be happy to help you. As I know how annoying this bar is to your habbo-ing.

It has happened to me once or twice so im assuming that it might not be AOL, have you tried reloading habbo, or is it permanent? Please PM me, if it persists.
