if ur into fansite designing u should know the u have to talk to ur "costumer" and if he wants less boxes i just modify the layout

Fansite designing? Seriously, it's seems your trying to say that I am a rubbish webdesigner/graphic designer.

In the webdesign world the 'client' as it's called gives specifications on what they want, 'client's dont just get sent a layout and then say what they dislike, i'm sure if one of the bidders said what they wanted and you provided it they'd offer a lot more.
