I cba to look if someone said, but if your rep power is '1' (you get a rep power of 1 when you have completed 25 posts, if you rep someone before that, example 15 it will not be added/wont affect there points) It's your rep powers 13, (example sexual 'kaye') it adds 13 rep points onto your previous number example.
