can you desribe it a bit more detail please what does come up as ect,

ok soory when i open up the window for habbo there is a littile box with a square circle and tringale inside it and some line around the side and it stays like that dosent load up.

urmm it useally happends when your using too many sh****wave ids at once , the way i stop them from comming up is buy entering the direct link to the popup instead of clicking for the pop up if you see what i mean , how long has it been since you were last able to log in?

Delete all your cookies and uninstall shockwave and re install it.

Delete Cookies:

Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Cookies.
