I think the M is MOD tools (banning etc) and the "!" is C4H's i think. It makes sense.

The M is the new call for helpa alert sent by the blue question mark and the ! is for the console calls for help, i believe.

No, it was Hobba Alert. Cause they only had Moderator and Moderator-2 so they didnt need it to specifically say 'Moderator Alert' but now the new v9 system is here, it is M. And yes, Matt is right about the !

I think that it is if someone is pressing the (!) button on your console and deletes your buddy and reporting the message.

The "M" is "The Tool" it's used for banning, kicking, sending alerts etc. The ! which is flashing in a later picture will be to pick up calls for help I think. I know definetely the M is "The Tool" though

Don't they use HK to ban? I think the "M" is for emergency calls for help and the general questions, and the "!" is for reported console messages.
