My Year 9 Options

I know that there's another thread about Year 9 Options but i want my own thread :eusa_danc

It seems like my options are slightly different than everyone elses?

The subjects I HAVE to do are:

I.T
English Lit
English Language
Maths
Science
Religious Education
Social/Citizenship
P.E

And i get to pick 3 other subjects too.
I'm picking:

Geography
Food Technology
and French

What are you picking or what have you picked?

Ah Food tech Rocks, i chose it, Geography's spose to be a Hellish Subject to be doing, and french so i'm told you fail because no1 can be bothered

But.. as i said in the other thread

The Courses I Did Do, were - GNVQ, Food Tech, History, Business Studies along with the Compulsery Subjects - except you can ditch short course RE - I never new

Anyway - I'm now Comming to the end of the above courses and my college options are my biggy

Lol - people Have the Option not to do a Langage, and Yet they still do

I think its the Oral Exam that puts people off

English lang
English lit
Maths
Science or Child development
One language (I chose Spanish)


And I chose to do;
Classics
Geography
Food Tech
Drama


But im changing schools so my choices are gonna change, PE i'll have to do and i'll have to do triple science And I have to drop Classics.

when you say triple science, do you mean your have to do Biology Chemistry and Phyics, because thats a Double Science - not a Triple - its all todo with what they mark and what they don't

Thats what I meant, they call it triple my school.

- ICT (double course, takes up 2 options)
- Electronic Products
- G.C.S.E. P.E.

- GCSE I.T (Only worth one GCSE as the teacher who done double award resigned :/ - and there is only 4 teachers that do it in the UK)

I also picked Spanish instead of Germman / french.

And i have to do these;

Citizenship (Eww, i hate this :|)

Maths
Spanish
Science.
and i do one P.E lesson a week (50 mins)

Taking a Hairdressing and Beauty vocational collage course. ^^
And Lycan, Double and Triple science are different.
In triple science you take Biology, Chemistry and Physics for a GCSE,
And have more lessons.
