My Year 9 Options

We had like 20 subjects to pick from and like 5 compulsery, I picked
Drama,Geography,Food tech, Business Communications + Systems/ Back up is Media

I chose History, Double Science, and Art & Design.

maths [although im taking it early.. so next year [year 11] i'm doing a level maths '-_-]
shortcourse RE
shortcourse PE
german
science [double]
IT [gnvq, but it might get cancelled cus i cheated and got found out..]

and i chose;
history
media studies
food tech :]

agh - I've Already Done Statisitics Maths - thats a 1 yr maths gcse, now this yr i have to get the proper maths and i'm not doing so well

Food tech rocks... the courseworks a bit mean , but its a really good subject

It seems like my options are slightly different than everyone elses?

The subjects I HAVE to do are:

I.T
English Lit
English Language
Maths
Science
Religious Education
Social/Citizenship
P.E

And i get to pick 3 other subjects too.
I'm picking:

Geography
Food Technology
and French

What are you picking or what have you picked?

You only get THREE other options?! jeez, thats a bit steep
i chose french [which is compulsory, either that or spanish:evil: with the mother of all evil, mrs pithouse] double science, art, geog and pe [on top of core pe]

Block one: Science
Block two: Geography
Block three: ICT
Block four: Bus. Studs.

ur lucky we have 8 compulsory, we can only do 11 gcses total, so therefore we an only choose 3 thtz so unfair

PE we have to do twice a week, and if we take PE we do it every day

maths, a language and one science, SE and RME aswell

but we dont have exams for RME anymore

we do something else

i chose, biology, art & design, graphic communication, history and music.

also, i didn't pick PE :]

so i'll only be getting it twice, which sucks, cause i hate it

and the language im taking is german, because i find it really easy

woulda been taking latin if i had showed up for it, now i sorta wish i had

although nowadays, it doesn't help you get a better job, so i guess it's ok

so, yeah :]
