    Default Ipod trouble

    Hi,

    I'm trying to add more songs onto my Ipod on iTunes but when I plug the ipod in the playlist comes up but it's all grey and I can't edit or chge or anything:s

    I think you will need to reformat the ipod i had to when this happened.

    You need to go into options or something, it's happened to me.

    Umm Lemme think lol You can do it by putting your itunes cd in or there is somewhere in options i can't find out atm because i don't have itunes on my pc anymore because i ahd to reformat my computer and lost all my songs so if i did i would lose all the songs on my ipod cos itunes would be empty

    Erm make sure you haven't got your ipod plugged in while you put on the songs?

    Your hard drive is corrupted. Do a Master Reboot by holding the middle button and Menu button together for about 4 seconds until the iPod resets.

    If that doesn't work, connect the iPod and do a Restore via the iPod utility. You will lose all data by this method, bvut it works.
