I don't really see why make-up should be stereotyped towards girls, so no, I wouldn' say it's gay. Like on some girls, it doesn't suit some boys that wear it.

Most guys look hawt with eyeliner on. I agree with Benji why should make-up be stereotyped to girls. If they can put it on properly go them. I don't think it's gay.
