some are strict, others (like JackHB) like to have fun and spam meh they're just ordinary people

When staff first get on the job, they tend to be a bit strict because they want to do a good job. But after a while they tend to let a bit more things go. All and all, they arent bad. Some words should be out of the filters, but oh well.
