just uses normal fonts, just install a font and photoshop will have it

Do you mean pixel fonts like Visitor or something?

Any fonts you add to your Fonts file will be avaliable in ALL programs!

Once you've copied the font to C:\Windows\Fonts just look on the drop-down list for the fonts on Photoshop.
