Anyway the badge looks nice, but Im realy against the free distr¡bution of badges, it discriminates against those who are hard working and deserve support. For example the recent Council nominations competition when they chose the 3 nominations each, they (as all little kids would do) chose mates who do help with habbo.. but how about those who run good rooms and nice communities.

A few people for example who are not involved with the "krew" inside the council who might have deserved a placement in the council are ofcourse the habbox gang, Sierk, Jackhb, seacat, 8freak8, properclone, (shoot me if I missed a member of mgt as Im only a new habboxian ). You have those on habbo such as Landa who created a popular community, you have ecko, the suspiciously rich habbo, and you have those who constantly create new games on habbo like the Deal or no deal.. So many people, however people who I never see make a difference made the nominations? :S Whats going on!

Habbo has turned into something where status is all that matters, much of a virtual world that is, its like going from real life to another real life. Anyhow rant over about badges.

I don't think Landa plays Habbo anymore, her popular gay girl room was "adopted" by another person in her memory a while back. But of course, there are people who do a lot to improve Habbo for other people like Landa, who created a space where gay girls (and any one for that matter) can gather and feel secure in that room.

Unless you're thinking of another person.

I think badges are good as its easy to recognise peoples jobs/positions at the hotel

As if there was a page with everyones names and jobs on... Well it just wouldnt work!

I do agree there are alot of badges nowdays, and i admit most council members didn't ask for a council badge, however was given to show Habbo's who is part of the council when sometime they are not in the drop in. I also think the council needs to be more public to like a few said, no one hears of the council nowdays.

Sierk used to be on the council, and back in the days when DJ-3000 was the forum manager, he was and still is part of the Council, Jrh & Wayne_J also were part of the council. I do like the council badge, good design however not sure if its needed.

Thats not what I am trying to get at, I used it as an example, plus I'm not a Habbo addict/eXpert so I am prone to mistakes.

What I meant was the selected few were peeps who have status for no reason at all or were mates with the peeps who nominated them. I am not going to list all those nominated and say whether they deserved to be nominated as I am in no position to say so, however alot of the people there are peeps who have done pretty much next to nothing for habbo compared to other people who have spent a long time making rooms and communities, they have more of an idea of better stuff for habbo as they use is the most. A bit like how you used to be before you shut down Wonder World.

The Habbo Council is about idea's inside habbo, then why is it always the same people involved in stuff? Surely a variety of idea's off other habbo's would be better than just mates of council members?

    James

    Edit:
Btw, before I get the rants etc etc, I think the council members are not to blame, seeing as they are all little kids who would instantly choose mates anyway, I think it was callie's stupid idea to use that method of nominations 'cause she probably knew full well what would happen! They should have done what they did with Superloved or Mr King/Queen Comps, 3 rounds so it let the habbo's decide, seeing as its about what the habbo's want!

Yeah I like that badge, it looks like a Pixel Artist made it rather than a UK office staff.
