Getting my account back

Age's ago, at the start of the year i think. I lost my habbo account because i forgot my password, I sent for a pasword reminder but they just sent an emailing saying that they had sent my email, I checked all my other accounts and the email isn't there. I did this everyday for a few weeks. I decided to give up as it was obivously getting me no where. I recently made a new habbo, And i always thought they sent you an email so you can confirm your email address. And i never got one. Do you think that habbo isn't sending me certain emails and if so is there a way i can fix this?

Are you sure you registered with that email account?

The one i gave wasn't the email i registered with but i sent them an email over the habbo help tool with all emails, Including the one i'm using now and the one i registed with.
