help me im permed for no reason :S

i just tried signing into habbo and it said i was perm banned for password scamming, those of you who know me i would never scam any sort of way never mind trying to get someone elses password.
i was shocked as its not just perm ban on my account but all of my accounts; ive been ip'ed :s
ive just contacted habbo and sulake but i know all il recieve is the silly automated reply email.
i was hacked again the other day, about 4-5 days ago so it could of been them who did it, but either way im so confused :s
does anyone know how long these ip bans last? has anyone ever had one of these bans?
is there any way i could go on habbo on this computer again? :s

Well.. when you try to log in it should tell you how long you are banned for.

What exactly does it say when you log in?

it says banned for password scammingor trying to get another persons passwordm perm.
doesnt say when its ends.
