Forum Campaign (Part 24)

Please do note: The reason why there is a formal set-out, Terms and Condtions, etc, is NOT because this is an Official Competition run by Habbox or it's competitions staff. This is only how the competition would be viewed on the page and if Habbox should wish to use this competition; it will make it easier to copy and paste. Habbo Hotel UK has opened a new forum - a forum that was actually advertised all over their site so everyone that uses Habbo Hotel know it exists. They need a new promotion, like a Quest, to be written by you, to advertise their new forum in the actual Hotel. For this competition, we want you to design a detailed quest. The winner will be the most creative, plausable, witty and interesting!

Your entry needs:

-Grammer and Punctuation - Correct spelling, to make it easier to read.
-Wit and Creativity - Clever ideas.
-Originality - Set your idea and entry so that it stands out from the other entries.

To enter this competition you must be a registered member of Habbox Forum.

One entry per Habbo ONLY, and per PC. Any additional entries will disqualify you completely from the competition.

Terms and conditions: To prevent unfair competitions, we only allow one entry for each Habbox member and one pc. If more entries are sent using the same Habbox member and/or pc, all the entries will be withdrawn from the competition. You can send in your entry until the competition is closed at some time on the specified Habbox date (TBA). The winner will be announced in this forum and in this thread. They will be private messaged by Aquae to collect their prize. Habbox has the right to close the competition at any time before the competition ending date and the winner will be judged from all the entries received up to that point. Aquae will be judging the competition. Any harassment or attempted bribery will get you disqualified and could even get you into trouble on the Forum. ALL Habbox staff are excluded from participating in Competitions, unless Competition states they may. This includes all sites and departments that are involved with Habbox. Trialists may enter any competition whilst they are on trial. Any entries that break the forum rules in anyway will also be withdrawn. Prizes must be claimed within two months of the winner(s) being announced in the announcement forum. Unclaimed prizes will be used again in a future Competition or in any other Habbox competition event.

A Badge Debate (Part 25 and aiming for 50)

Sulake have announced as of Sunday, April 23rd, badges will be completely erased from the Hotel server - only NORMAL HC Badges will remain, aside from Moderator and Hotel Staff badges. For this competition we want you to pick a side. You can write about:

A) The uproar and problems this would cause
B) The benefits of this new scheme.

Choose ONE. The winner will be the most relevant, factual and entertaining.

Flash Animae 1 ~ Competition Idea 26
It has been decided that Habbox will advertise itself on other sites. You are to design a Short, 10-second Flash Animation to put Habbox in a good light and appeal to younger audiences.

Design a 10-15 second Flash Animation to appeal to potential employees of a certain area in Habbox (News, Reviewing, etc).
Alteration 1 ~ Competition Idea 28
Pick a chair from your home (outdoor setting, indoor setting) and "Habbo-ize it" that is, create a cartoon pixel version of it.

Design a humerous alteration for an OUTDOOR occasion.

Pixelize a new type of chocolate filling, and tell us about it (what the flavour is, etc. Give it a snappy name.

Create a shade that effectively morphs (from let to right) or the spectrum accross a given completely blank, white Habbo face.
Create an avatar. Idea 42.
Create a COMPLETELY ABSTRACT avatar and then explain to us what meaning it's meant to convey.
Create a new system on the keyboard. Idea 43.
Create a new system (Other than the QWERTY system) of keyboard. Explain to this how it will function.

Tell us what new features a VIP could have if the features were to be rethought. Make it plausable - yet interesting.

Around the Keylogger - Idea 44
Find a way to get around a keylogger normally. The most innovative will win. Make sure it's a PM-only competition.

Idea 45 - Rare Sofa
Create a new Rare sofa. Make it as, or more appealing than, the Throne or HC Sofa.
Idea 46 - New Paint
Create an attractive new pain colour and design.
Idea 47 - A new function.
Alt an image of a Habbo with the Kick and Ask to be a Friend Button underneath, and add a new function. Explain how this function will work. Remember it must be available to all Habbos and the alt must look like a screenshot.
Idea 48 - A New Bot
Make a new Bot (with hairstyles and clothes that cannot usually be worn) and write 5 sayings they should have, as well as two secrets.
Idea 49 - Hotel on Fire
Create a pixelized version of the Hotel on fire. The most inventive will win (.ie not just a hill of fire with nothing else on it).
Idea 50 - New Console
Design a new console, and describe its features. Create an alt of this. You might want a different colour scheme than yellow.

On paint you draw a load of squares all interlocked n da idea is to see if you can get da right amount of squares or rectangles because each time one interlocks it makes a new square

I'm liking the non-Habbo related art comp (Looking into a Mirror) atm, and I think you should do more like it. ^^ Why not try a picture version of 'Make me Laugh'? People have to design a cartoon. You could also try a comic competition? Or a rhyming poem competition? Or a competition to design the perfect real life T-shirt motif? Or, ask people to post some lyrics and illustrate them. Or a passage from a book could be chosen by comp staff (I don't recommend competition staff choosing lyrics to illustrate as people have very different music tastes and there is no doubt likely to be some argy bargy there) and competitors could be asked to illustrate it. So many possibilities!
