It's looking good but i'm not a big fan of having the navigation at th top underneath the banner, The spacing is just right i think.

I personally wouldn't have my layout set out like that but it's good for some people i'm liking the borders around the content boxes.

looks so much better. more than id exspected to be honest, Way cleaner and actaly looks like a pretty decent layout, should probaly add a banner, but spaceing seems ok and colours stand out pretty well
